Released 19 May 2017
Marley Building Systems is proud to be the presenting sponsor of the 2017 African Construction and Totally Concrete Exhibition (#ACETCE2017) being held at Gallagher Estate in Midrand, Johannesburg on 23 and 24 May 2017.
Marley Roofing and Marley Building Systems are the Southern African subsidiaries of Etex, a Belgian industrial group that manufactures and markets high quality building materials and systems. In South Africa, Etex has developed a strategy based on four core businesses: cladding and building boards in fibre cement and plaster, roofing materials, passive fire protection and high performance insulation – earning us a place in the market as a leading supplier of high quality and affordable roofing, cladding and dry construction products.
With experience that spans more than 60 years, Marley Roofing aims not only to supply products and services that redefine building methods, but also to give complete peace of mind. Marley Roofing will be displaying a range of new innovations for the local market at this year’s Expo.
Marley Building Systems will be introducing a new addition to its product stable this year. Globally recognised brand Promat is a market leader in passive fire protection and high temperature insulation applications.
For more than 40 years, Promat’s comprehensive product portfolio has become synonymous with quality and reliability. Now in South Africa, Marley Building Systems is the only local full spectrum passive fire protection stockist and supplier of Promat fire stopping products, intumescent coatings for structural steel and timber, fire rated ceilings and partitions, and high performance thermal insulation.
To introduce Promat to the market, Marley Building Systems will be holding CPD-accredited workshops in passive fire protection solutions over the two days of #ACETCE2017. The Promat workshops will be held at the Marley Building Systems stand on Tuesday, 23 May and Wednesday, 24 May at the following times.
